Kellie Kish and Ginny Black sat in a coffee shop and filled out the incorporation paperwork for the MNCC 10 years ago. Kellie has been an officer on the board ever since and is chair of the Legislative Committee. For her day job, Kellie develops programs and educates residents as the Recycling Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis.
